If you’ve followed my career for some time now (Thank you!) please know that this is not my usual self-destruction. I’m temporarily removing the Era of the Scourge: Journey To The Last Fire from Amazon and Kobo so I can go directly to them.

Right now, the stories are published through an aggregator called Draft2Digital. Essentially, you upload your manuscript and the aggregator publishes it to the distributor of your choice. I recommend this at the beginning of your career to get a feel for the process. You won’t get rich on your first few projects, but you do learn how the process works.

I’m going direct to Amazon and Kobo to attain more reviews and boost my royalties. I’ve had good success on Kobo and I’m hoping to repeat it, but it’s been years and the market has shifted. We’ll see what happens.

Era of the Scourge: Journey To The Last Fire is a six-part thriller fantasy miniseries that details the lives of a small group of villagers making their way through an oppressed world, leading up to one of the most cataclysmic events in their history. Part five “Mysterious Ways” is in final draft status and is undergoing editing. The conclusion “Midnight” is currently being written.

I’ll let you know when the titles have been uploaded to Amazon and Kobo, which should be around the middle of June 2021.
