I notice that some people, especially some older people, have a real issue with remote work.

It’s almost as if millions of Americans suddenly realized that they didn’t want to expend a bunch of gas

To go somewhere they didn’t want to be

To be around people they didn’t really like

To earn just enough to live (if they’re lucky)

To do work that can be done at home.

Just doesn’t make sense to me.
